Our obsession with the machine began in 2010 with a frame-up build of a Pivot Mach 5—a project that sparked a 12-year professional journey into the art of custom mountain bike curation. We didn't just want to ride bikes; we wanted to understand why some machines felt like an extension of the body while others felt like a compromise.

The RIDEVenture MTB Craftsmanship Warranty
1. The Promise of Precision
At RIDEVenture MTB, we don't just assemble; we engineer. Every bolt, bearing, and cable is installed to the exact technical specifications of the manufacturer and verified through our BUILD Certification Process. We guarantee that your machine has been built with the highest level of mechanical integrity.
2. What is Covered
We provide a one-year (12-month) limited warranty on craftsmanship from the date of delivery. This INCLUDES:
Assembly Integrity: Any mechanical issue arising directly from the assembly or installation process.
The 30-Day "Bed-In" Period: We provide complimentary adjustments to cables, spokes, and fasteners during the first 30 days of riding, as new components naturally settle.
Technical Support: Remote or in-person troubleshooting for any setup-related questions regarding your specific build.
3. Component Warranties
RIDEVenture MTB sources only the finest boutique components. While we stand behind our assembly, individual parts (frames, forks, drivetrains, etc.) are covered by their respective Manufacturer Warranties.
Note: Labor for the removal and re-installation of warrantied third-party components is subject to a standard Lab Fee.
4. What is Not Covered
To maintain the focus on our craftsmanship, this warranty does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Tires, brake pads, chains, and bearings that reach the end of their service life through use.
Impact or Crash Damage: We build them tough, but we cannot warrant against the laws of physics or trail accidents.
Third-Party Alterations: Any adjustments, repairs, or part swaps performed by a non-RIDEVenture mechanic void the Craftsmanship Warranty.
Neglect: Failure to perform routine maintenance or cleaning that leads to mechanical degradation.
5. The RIDEVenture MTB Standard
If you feel your build is performing at anything less than 100%, contact the Lab immediately. Our reputation is built on your ride quality, and we will do whatever is necessary to ensure your machine meets our standards.
